Art Specs
If you have just signed up to advertise with Attitude in Colorado, Congratulations! We are pleased to include you in our array of marketing possibilities.
To begin, you will need information for art and advertisement specifications. Below, you will find the basic guidelines to create and submit your ad materials. If you have any additional questions, please contact us!
Acceptable Applications and File Formats
Do not send original files. Send copies only.
Acceptable file formats are as follows:
• Tiff and EPS files–minimum 300 dpi at 100%.
• PDF files. Save as High Resolution (300 dpi). Embed all fonts.
• Adobe Illustrator– converted text to paths and save as an eps file. Include all supporting graphics.
• InDesign CS Files (Include fonts and supporting graphics)
All files must be a minimum of 300dpi. Ads are black & white except for covers, which should be sent in CMYK color mode.
Acceptable Media
When sending your art to Attitude in Colorado, we can accept the following types of media:
• USB Flash Drives
• CD-Rom
• DVD
• manager@gotads.net (under 10 Meg)
• FTP Access
Ad Dimensions
Please follow these ad dimensions when creating your advertisement for Attitude in Colorado. Ads not fitting the specified dimensions may be rejected.
• 2-Page Spread: 9.75 wide x 7.5 tall
• Full Page: 4.5 wide x 7.5 tall (Ads are boxed)
• Half Page: 4.5 wide x 3.625 tall (Ads are boxed)
• Tabs: 4.5 wide x 7.5 tall (Ads are boxed)
• Cover ads: 5.25 wide x 8.25 tall (trim) / 4.5 wide x 7.875 tall (live area)
Add 1/8" Bleed to Cover ads
Note: No bleeds except cover ads.
Proofs
All ads must be submitted with an accurate color proof. We do not provide advertisers with proofs on supplied ads and accept no responsibility for errors of any kind on supplied ads.
